The Rockefeller Foundation was undergoing a significant organizational shift and changing its image (both internally and externally) from an old-world and old-guard organization to a modern organization focused on change.
The website design aimed to reflect that change, as well as reorder information in a more logical hierarchy. Additionally, the foundation (like many other large grant-giving organizations) have difficulty explaining where their funds to and to whom. The site design included a flash ‘wizard’ to help potential grantees determine if their cause fell within the bounds of Rockfound’s mission.
